1. Platform Scope & Role
POOVEXA operates as a curated directory, discovery system, and preliminary B2B negotiation bridge. We connect verified buyers with suppliers. Unless explicitly stated in a dedicated escrow agreement, POOVEXA is not a direct party to commercial contracts executed between buyers and sellers.
2. Accuracy of Business Submissions
Business owners submitting listings warrant that corporate registrations, licensing details, product capabilities, and technical specifications are accurate and non-infringing. Fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited goods/services will result in immediate suspension.
3. Moderation & Editorial Discretion
All submitted entities undergo human moderation. POOVEXA reserves the right to reject, request revision, or unpublish any listing that fails our directory quality standards or violates platform security guidelines.
4. Commercial Inquiries & Transactions
Buyers transmitting RFQs and sellers providing quotes are expected to conduct independent due diligence, inspect samples, and execute bilateral purchase orders in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
